At reception or directly at the till, the team selects the number of bracelets required and scans the QR code on each bracelet to register the handover. The bracelets, together with a quick-use guide, are then given to the family.
A compact stand with a tablet and wired handheld scanner makes handover quick, tidy and easy to integrate at reception or checkout.
Pairing has been designed to feel immediate and intuitive. In just a few seconds, the parent pairs their bracelet with the child bracelet by following the guide, then simply repeats the process if more than one child is equipped. No account to create and no app to download: Loomi is ready to use almost immediately.
Loomi comes preconfigured for immediate use. The parent can simply adjust the distance setting directly on the parent module. Alerts are then delivered by vibration at the wrist.
At the end of use, the parent simply places all the bracelets in the Loomi return bin. The integrated scanning system identifies the bracelets and confirms their return. They then move into the cleaning, charging and recirculation process.

Only a few simple actions are needed to identify and hand over the bracelets.
Pairing, distance adjustment and day-to-day use are handled directly by the parent.
After use
Returned bracelets are simply placed in the designated return bin.
Returned bracelets can be collected and processed in batches, rather than handled one by one by front-of-house teams.
After cleaning and checking, the bracelets are placed on a multi-unit charging support ready for their next use.
The Loomi QR code
When the bracelets are handed over, the QR code on each bracelet is scanned to register its departure. On return, a new scan simply confirms that it has been handed back.
If a child gets lost, the QR code also becomes an immediate point of contact: by default, the person who scans it is directed straight to the venue’s security desk. The parent can also choose to add their own phone number temporarily as an additional contact method.
