Your data

Privacy policy

Clear information about the data collected when you interact with Loomi.

In short

Limited data collection

We collect only the information needed to respond to your requests and manage the waiting list.

Exercise your rights

1. Data controller

The data controller is Loomi, a SASU with share capital of €1,000, registered under number 104 657 424 R.C.S. Antibes, with its registered office at 737 Chemin des Soullières, 06410 Biot, France.

Contact for personal data matters: contact@weareloomi.fr.

2. Data collected

Depending on the form used, Loomi may collect your first and last name, email address, the number and approximate ages of your children, your organisation, role, the subject of your request and the content of your message.

Fields marked as required are necessary to process your registration or respond to your request. Other fields are optional.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to:

  • manage waiting-list registrations and contact people interested in Loomi;
  • respond to questions sent through the contact form;
  • review requests from partners and professionals;
  • manage follow-up communications and ensure website security.

These processing activities are based on your consent when you register or voluntarily submit a form, and on Loomi’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing its professional relationships.

4. Recipients and service providers

Data is accessible only to authorised people within Loomi and to service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website.

Forms are processed using Formspree. The website is hosted by Netlify. These providers may process technical data or form submissions in order to provide their services.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Formspree and Netlify are service providers established in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers must be protected by safeguards provided for under applicable law, including standard contractual clauses where these are used by the provider.

6. Retention periods

Data relating to the waiting list and prospective contacts is retained for a maximum of three years from the last interaction or until you withdraw your consent. One-off requests are kept for as long as necessary to process them and may then be archived for up to three years where follow-up may be useful.

Different retention periods may apply where a legal obligation requires longer retention or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to its processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@weareloomi.fr and specify the subject of your request. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).

8. Cookies and analytics

In its current version, the Loomi website does not intentionally set advertising cookies and does not use analytics tools requiring consent. Technical data strictly necessary to provide and secure the service may nevertheless be processed by the hosting provider.

This section will be updated before any new tools, cookies or trackers are added.

9. Policy updates

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the website, services offered or applicable regulations. The version published on this page is the current version.
