Distance
Your child moves away. You are alerted.
Choose the distance level best suited to your environment: Short, Medium, Far or Extended. Dense city streets, amusement parks, beaches or open spaces: Loomi adapts to the situation.
If your child moves beyond the selected zone, Loomi alerts you with an identifiable vibration on your wrist, while the child’s bracelet also emits a subtle vibration to get their attention. If they continue moving away, the vibration intensifies. As soon as they return to the selected zone, the alert stops automatically.
ShortDense city, busy street
MediumAmusement park, shopping centre
FarBeach, large park, open space
ExtendedWide open spaces, unobstructed environment
In practice
Distance threshold crossed → vibration alert → child moves farther away → stronger vibration → return to the zone → alert stops.
02
Immersion
Immersion is detected. Loomi alerts you.
If your child’s bracelet detects immersion, Loomi alerts you directly on your wrist with a dedicated vibration, immediately drawing your attention to the situation.
In practice
The bracelet is immersed → Loomi detects the situation → your bracelet alerts you with a dedicated vibration.
iLoomi is designed as an additional aid to parental vigilance. It is not an anti-drowning device and never replaces active adult supervision.
03
Removal
The bracelet is removed. You know immediately.
If your child’s Loomi bracelet is removed or comes loose, Loomi detects the removal and alerts you directly on your wrist with a dedicated vibration.
In practice
Bracelet removed → Loomi detects the removal → your bracelet alerts you with a dedicated vibration.
04
SOS
Your child needs you. They can alert you.
If needed, your child can trigger an SOS alert directly from their bracelet. You are then alerted on your wrist with a dedicated, identifiable vibration.
In practice
Your child triggers SOS → Loomi transmits the alert → your bracelet warns you with a dedicated vibration.
Lost child
Attract attention. Make contact easier.
If your child is lost, the parent can activate an audible signal on the child’s bracelet to attract the attention of nearby people. A passer-by can then scan the QR code visible on the buckle to access the contact information chosen by the parents, such as their phone number, and reach them quickly.
The QR code only gives access to information you choose to provide and make available.
Multi-bracelet
Loomi adapts to your family.
Pair multiple bracelets to suit your family: parents, children and relatives.
When a parent is with the child, the closest bracelet automatically becomes the primary bracelet for distance alerts. The second parent does not receive these distance alerts and continues to receive emergency alerts only, as long as their bracelet remains connected.
Assign a colour to each child bracelet in the app. In the event of an alert, the LED on the parent module changes colour so you can immediately identify which bracelet is involved.
i Good to know
Alerts can be turned on or off in the Loomi app depending on the situation and your needs.
Alerts are transmitted while the bracelets remain connected.
Maximum range can be around 60 m depending on the environment. Beyond this, Loomi may enter an out-of-range state: the parent bracelet warns you with a vibration, and alerts are no longer transmitted until the connection is restored.
